Pick up from Cochin Airport. You will be greeted by our representative and then proceed to Munnar. Munnar is the place where the unfolded green carpet is waiting for you. Munnar is breathtakingly beautiful, a heaven of peace and tranquillity – the idyllic tourist destination in God's Own Country. Munnar is the gateway to the hills of South India. On the way, you can also enjoy the lovely waterfalls at Cheeyappara and Valara. Explore the rest of the day amidst nature. Visit Pothamedu View Point and Blossom Hydel Park. Munnar Sightseeing
Morning after breakfast, explore Munnar amidst nature. Travelling through the rolling tea and cardamom plantations, visit Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum (remains closed on Monday), Kundala Dam, Echo Point, Mattupetty Dam, Photo Point and Rose Garden. Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady, an area known for its undulating hills, spice plantations and elephant sightings. The Periyar Valley in Thekkady is home to one of the oldest wildlife reserves in India. You can enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake to watch wildlife (optional and subject to availability).
